ALEXANDRA GREEN Permeating the earth, air and our bodies, Fungi are vital to our ecosystem and have promising abilities such as the potential to degrade or even replace plastics. Within this unique kingdom, some varieties even possess the ability to control the behaviour of their animal and insect hosts, repurposing them from the inside out.
